Shipping Regions

We currently ship domestically within mainland UK (England, Scotland, and Wales). Unfortunately, we do not ship to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, or any international locations at this time.

Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Free Shipping on All Orders: We offer free shipping on everything—no minimum order value required.
  • Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via DPD for reliable and secure delivery.

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days before being shipped.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Shipping within mainland UK takes approximately 2-4 business days after processing.
  • Expedited or Same-Day Shipping: We do not currently offer expedited or same-day shipping services.

Order Tracking & Confirmation

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s status and estimated arrival.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

We understand that delays and shipping issues can occur. Our policy is as follows:

  • If your order is delayed or lost, we will issue a full refund.
  • If your item arrives damaged, we will either replace it or provide a refund, depending on your preference.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Since we only ship domestically, all necessary taxes and fees are included in the order price. Customers will not need to pay any additional customs or duty charges.

Special Shipping Conditions

  • Restricted Items: We do not ship perishable, fragile, or oversized items.
  • Address Requirements: Orders must be shipped to genuine residential or business addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
